They will also handle the transfer of funds, and the recording of the documents with the local government.

7 / Close The Deal

Sign final legal documents in witness of an authorized notary public in your offshore location, and wire funds through your international title company. Once the closing process is complete and the title is transferred, you will take ownership of the property.
